Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Initially 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Candidates must be willing to transition to a 12-hour rotating shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake Machines to produce precision metal components.
Inspect finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet engineering specifications.
Perform daily operational activities related to CNC bending machines.
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production teams to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Support training activities as required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake Machines in the metal fabrication industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).
Strong understanding of engineering tolerances and precision measurements.
Experience setting up CNC machines and performing multiple machine changeovers for different products and materials.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a strong team player.
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
