Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Johor Bahru
Qualification: Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
KRAs: -Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products -Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information. -Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA. -Good computer literacy
Salary - 1900 MYR Basic Plus Allowances.
