Position: Business Development / Project Sales Executive
Industry: Electrical Products / Construction / Building Materials
Work Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Territory: Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Salary: RM3,000 – RM9,000 Gross (Based on Experience)
Commission: Attractive Project-Based Commission
Travel Allowance
• RM700 (Within Klang Valley)
• RM800 (Outstation)
• RM50 Toll Allowance
• Petrol Card (Provided Upon Confirmation)
• Company Mobile Phone Provided
Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Qualification: Minimum Diploma
Experience: 2–3+ Years in Business Development / Project Sales
Preferred: Immediate Joiners (Fresh Graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development / Project Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting premium Electrical Products and Project Solutions across Malaysia.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, architects, contractors, interior designers, and project owners to secure product specifications and generate new project opportunities. If you enjoy consultative selling, business development, and project-based sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and project sales market.
• Build long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, interior designers, and key decision-makers.
• Promote and secure product specifications during the project planning and design stages.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Recommend suitable electrical product solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales customer support.
• Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while expanding market share within assigned territories.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of Business Development, Project Sales, or B2B Sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and project opportunities.
Willing to travel extensively across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.
Own transport is required or must reside near the Balakong office.

Compensation & Benefits
