Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Work Setup: Onsite
Employment Type: Permanent
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Working Hours: Initially 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), later transitioning to 12-hour rotational shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake machines in a metal fabrication environment and possess strong technical knowledge of machine setup, engineering drawings, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision metal components.
Verify finished products using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and Micrometers.
Perform machine setup and adjustments for different product lines and material specifications.
Ensure production meets engineering drawings and specified tolerances.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to maintain smooth material flow.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S housekeeping standards.
Support operator training and knowledge sharing when required.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC Press Brake machines in the metal fabrication industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings (blueprints).
Good understanding of engineering tolerances and machine setup.
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer).
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Physically fit, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
