Requirements
- Familiarity with IOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred.
- Fluent in the required language English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with various devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs).
- Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
- Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools.
- Self-managing in fast-paced environments.
- Embraces challenges and takes on additional responsibilities.
- Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure.
- Accepts feedback, welcomes coaching, and demonstrates growth.
- Willing to Relocate to Penang
- Willing to work rotational shift
