Your Responsibilities




  • Assist customers using phone calls and email, making sure you respond to their needs quickly.

  • Safely manage customer payments and sensitive information, ensuring their personal and financial data is always protected.

  • Take proactive steps to support customers and prevent problems that could harm their brand and customer loyalty.

  • Work together with your colleagues to find better ways of doing things and encourage a culture of continuous improvement in customer support.

  • Keep your knowledge and skills up to date by attending training and continuously learning.

  • Share your suggestions and recommendations to maintain and enhance the quality of our service.

  • Meet the performance goals set by the company and our clients.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.

  • Fluent in Mandarin, and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)

  • Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner.

  • Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role.

  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.

  • Customer Service orientation.

  • Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.

  • Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

  • Willing to work Rotational Shift
