Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers using phone calls and email, making sure you respond to their needs quickly.
- Safely manage customer payments and sensitive information, ensuring their personal and financial data is always protected.
- Take proactive steps to support customers and prevent problems that could harm their brand and customer loyalty.
- Work together with your colleagues to find better ways of doing things and encourage a culture of continuous improvement in customer support.
- Keep your knowledge and skills up to date by attending training and continuously learning.
- Share your suggestions and recommendations to maintain and enhance the quality of our service.
- Meet the performance goals set by the company and our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
- Fluent in Mandarin, and English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension)
- Ability to handle queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Passionate about communication and interacting with people is key to success in this role.
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
- Customer Service orientation.
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm with a 90% accuracy score.
- Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Willing to work Rotational Shift
