Hiring: Customer Service Representative – Voice Process

Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in a BPO voice account (Freshers may also apply)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Good command of English
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work in shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Maintain customer records and document interactions
