Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Assist customers with inquiries regarding their financial accounts, transactions, and billing.

Deliver accurate, high-quality support in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain strict confidentiality and security of customer financial data.

Who We Are Looking For

Education:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) OR

Senior High School (SHS) Graduate (New Curriculum)

Experience:

Minimum of 6 months of solid BPO experience (Open to Expro 2-5 levels).

Skills:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic navigation and computer multitasking abilities.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
