Job Opportunity: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused professionals to join our Healthcare Account. If you have BPO experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
Minimum of 1 year of BPO/Call Center experience.
Strong English communication skills (B2 proficiency or higher).
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to healthcare services.
Assist customers with account inquiries, benefits, billing, and service-related concerns.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) performance standards.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000
15% Night Shift Differential
HMO coverage starting on Day 1, plus one (1) free dependent
Paid Sick Leave (SL) and Vacation Leave (VL)
