Your Role:

Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and concerns

Deliver outstanding customer service and support

Assist customers with account and policy concerns

Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

Meet performance and quality metrics

Who were looking for:

Education: Senior High School Graduate or completed 2nd Year College (old curriculum)

Experience: At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

Communication: Good English communication skills

Work Setup: Willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City
