Position: Medical Coding Team Leader
Location: BGC, Taguig and onsite
Basic Salary: Upto Php90,000 depending upon overall experience
Job Type: Permanent
Shifts: Rotational

Qualifications:
Excellence Anatomy and Physiology knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurses, graduated healthcare professionals or other paramedical graduation or any other graduation
Excellent in ED-Emergency facility coding skills
Minimum 3-4 years experience in coding role
Minimum 1 year on the job role as Team Leader in similar work profile
Excellent drive through results in previous organization
Handle day-to-day operations of the Coding and Auditing Services of the team
Ensure team delivers 100% of productivity and quality per client requirement
Good in team utilization based on the volume/ attendance/attrition
Good in identifying the gaps in team by analysis and give corrective solution
Excellent in managing auditing and feedback
Support coding team by discussing complex coding cases, answering questions, providing education and interfacing with both company and client leadership
Good in maintaining and tracking the records for operation usage.
Should hold certifications from AAPC or AHIMA
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Excellent knowledge in MS Office tools
