Ready to grow your career in B2B Sales and Lead Generation? We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to generate qualified leads, build relationships with businesses, and help drive the adoption of HR and Payroll solutions across the Philippines.

If you’re passionate about sales, prospecting, and turning opportunities into business, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

* Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns.
* Convert inbound inquiries into business opportunities.
* Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve lead generation and business growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
* Experience generating leads for HR Solutions, Payroll Solutions, HRIS, SaaS, or Business Services is highly preferred.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer engagement skills.
* Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office and lead generation tools.
