Operations Supervisor – T-Mobile

Location: Alphaland, Makati City, Philippines

Schedule: Graveyard Shift (GY)

Salary: ₱35,000–₱45,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead a T-Mobile account. The ideal candidate has a strong BPO/Telco background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

At least 6 months of leadership experience in a BPO environment
Must have BPO and Telco experience
Strong communication and people-management skills
Ability to work onsite in Alphaland, Makati
Willing to work on a graveyard/shifting schedule
Strong coaching, problem-solving, and performance-management skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of BPO/Telco representatives
Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs and targets are met
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
Handle escalations and resolve customer or operational concerns
Drive process improvements and maintain service quality
Prepare and analyze performance reports
Ensure compliance with company and client policies
