Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert

Category: Business Consulting, Strategy, and Digital Transformation

Location: Taguig

Work Set-up: Hybrid, 2 days/week onsite

Work Schedule: Mid-shift

Mid Level: 3-5 years

Senior Level 2: 5-7 years

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking experienced SuccessFactors Consultants to join our team, contributing to our Business Consulting, Strategy, and Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is based in Taguig, with a hybrid work set-up of 2 days onsite per week during a mid-shift schedule. The salary for this position is open budget and will be commensurate with experience. We are hiring for multiple positions, including Mid-Level, Senior Level 2, and Expert levels, with a total headcount of 3.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-negotiable Skills:

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors with a proven track record in end-to-end implementation projects.

Extensive experience in performance, ASR, and STI modules within SuccessFactors.

Expertise in performance campaigns, ASR & STI in SuccessFactors, including support topics involving ticketing in ServiceNow and analysis and response to enhancement requests.

Required Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of performance and reward business processes, including performance campaigns, ASR/STI, and LTI.

Comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly in the performance, ASR, and STI modules.

The requirement is for a true expert in SF Performance and Reward.

Specialized expertise in topics related to performance campaigns, ASR & STI in SuccessFactors, covering both support topics involving ticketing in ServiceNow and analysis and response to enhancement requests.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience with multiple end-to-end implementation projects.
