JOB TITLE: Training Content Designer
LOCATION: Work From Home
WORK SHIFT: Graveyard Shift
SALARY: Up to PHP 55,000, depending on skills
Role Overview
Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. This role applies subject matter knowledge to specific training needs, understanding and delivering to time, cost, and quality requirements while proactively adjusting for changing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
- Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training
- Provide instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
- Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness
- May include design of computer-based training programs
- May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training
- Ensure work within field of expertise complies with relevant professional standards
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Background in Articulate 360
- Background in Instructional Design
- Must be knowledgeable in e-learning development
- Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely required
