Location: Davao City
Work set- up: Work onsite
Salary Offer : 18,000 per month
Duties:
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer concerns.
- Update the customer's account information, including address and banking details.
- Know how to guide the customer through troubleshooting over the phone patiently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task (take inbound calls while working with tickets).
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate.
- At least one year of CSR/TSR experience.
- Flexible with the work schedule.
- Strong communication skills.
- Great computer navigation and typing skills.
- Can work under pressure
