Sourcing & Procurement – Team Leader / SME
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6–10 Years
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
Key Skills
Excellent understanding of Sourcing and Procurement.
Experience managing Sourcing/Procurement processes as a Team Leader or SME.
Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle, Coupa, and SAP.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
Team leadership and people management.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong result orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10–15 members, including recruitment, training, performance management, and attrition management.
Manage day-to-day processes, performance metrics, SLAs, quality, and delivery.
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to defined SLAs and process standards.
Liaise with client organizations regarding delivery requirements and operational matters.
Resolve queries and issues raised by requesters and suppliers.
Manage contract and catalog creation, administration, and compliance monitoring.
Support category teams with administrative activities, including spend consolidation and purchase order reviews.
Identify, investigate, and resolve process exceptions.
Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure robust governance, controls, and compliance across procurement processes.
Initiate process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Identify potential operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery.
