Job Title: Chat Support Representative (Vietnamese Speaker)
Salary Range: RM3,700 - RM4,000
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Representative. This role requires proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional customer service through chat support. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder with a valid passport for the next 14 months.
- Must be located in Vietnam.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, specifically in handling chat support, emails, inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat support.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.
- Handle customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
