Main Purpose of Role

Lead Blue Collar Talent Acquisition for our client’s HR Operations team. Own end-to-end hiring for the Tata Motors Plant location. Build and manage a high-performing TA team across multiple locations to deliver timely, compliant, and volume hiring.


Key Responsibilities

- Blue Collar Hiring: Drive full-cycle TA: Sourcing, Screening, and stakeholder coordination for Blue Collar roles. Maintain rigor in managing open positions and SLA delivery

- Talent Pooling: Travel to ITI institutes to create eligible candidate pools and conduct hiring drives

- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 15 members across multiple locations. Ensure delivery as per service levels, regulatory, and statutory/legal requirements

- Stakeholder Management: Manage discussions with candidates and hiring managers with strong communication. Handle diverse, sensitive activities in a customer-facing environment


Domain Skills & Experience

- Hiring Expertise: Proven Blue Collar Recruitment experience. Understanding of Blue Collar hiring market. NAPS/NATS & Temp workforce hiring experience is an advantage

- Compliance: Knowledge of Labour Laws is mandatory

- Systems: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP. Analytical skills for data-driven hiring

- Competencies: Good English communication, Stakeholder coordination, Analytical thinking, Ability to handle high-volume hiring under pressure


Mandatory Eligibility

Blue Collar Recruitment Experience, Labour Laws Knowledge, MS Office Proficiency, English Communication Skills, Experience managing a 15-member team across locations


Key Result Areas

Effective, efficient, and timely hiring delivery in line with agreed SLAs, regulatory guidelines, and statutory/legal compliance
