Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience Level: 2-5 years in Fare Audit process.
Education: Graduate.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS-Excel.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Industry Knowledge: Worked extensively on Fare audit projects with multiple airlines, demonstrating an understanding of airline policies.
GDS Experience: Worked with multiple Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with a preference for experience with Amadeus.
Sub-process Expertise: Knowledgeable in all sub-processes of Fare Audit, including Exchange, Refunds, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Fare Audit processes in adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
Utilize and apply knowledge of Airline policies during the Fare Audit projects.
Collaborate with multiple airlines, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of Fare Audit tasks.
Utilize MS-Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Demonstrate effective communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain proficiency in working with various Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with a preference for Amadeus.
Manage all sub-processes of Fare Audit, including Exchange, Refunds, and Sales.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
Graduation degree.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in Fare Audit processes.
Basic proficiency in MS-Excel.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience working with multiple airlines on Fare Audit projects.
Familiarity with multiple Global Distribution Systems, preferably Amadeus.
In-depth knowledge of Fare Audit sub-processes such as Exchange, Refunds, and Sales.
