Skill: Customer To Cash (C2C) – Team Lead
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Salary: ₹11–12 LPA (Approx. ₹92K–₹1 Lakh monthly CTC)
Location: TCS Mihan, Nagpur – SEZ
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation preferred – B.Com, M.Com, or similar
Candidates should be flexible with rotational and night shifts

Exposure to Transformation Projects
Required Skills
Experience in Finance & Accounting with Order to Cash (O2C/C2C) domain exposure
Hands-on experience in:
Bank Reconciliation
Journal Entry Posting
Stakeholder Management
Knowledge of:
Cash, Card, Gift Card & Tender Reconciliation
Coordination with third-party vendors and internal teams
Desirable Skills
Exposure to third-party ways of working in Finance & Accounting
Job Responsibilities
Coaching team members and conducting one-on-one sessions & appraisals
Month-end closing and dashboard reporting for non-compliancy in C2C processes
Presenting payment performance reports for each business unit monthly
Preparation of monthly SLA metrics and dashboards
Reviewing General Ledger entries
Strong email writing, interpersonal, and communication skills required
