Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CRS-Spanish speakers. As a CRS-Spanish speaker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to Spanish-speaking clients. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer support or related field
- Knowledge of IT systems and technology
