We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with 1-2 years of International voice experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints and providing accurate information
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
- Resolving customer issues in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Updating customer accounts with relevant information

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an International voice customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
