We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Meet or exceed customer service and performance targets.
- Uphold a positive company image through excellent customer service.
