JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to recruit a French language (non-voice) certified candidate with BFSI and preferably commercial Account Servicing experience. The individual will function as a Maker or Checker subject to performance. The project is based out of Chennai and Indore. Candidate should be willing to work out of TCS locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Mandatory skills
o Graduate/PG
o Certified French Language expert
o Experience in BFSI back-office - Exceptions may be considered on case-to-case basis subject to candidate’s current experience
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to work across business groups and in a team environment
o Good proficiency in Excel and Outlook
o Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
o High sense of urgency with ability to drive results
o Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible approach - ability to learn new technologies/ applications quickly
• Desired skills
o Working knowledge of Canadian Commercial Account Service experience
o Self-starter, able to establish relationships and transcend multiple cross-functional/divisional boundaries.
Support on the English transactions, if there is a high volume in English or low volumes in French.
