Customer Service Representative - Insurance Process
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, 6 Days Working
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Insurance Process team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers through various channels, including Email, Chat, and Voice. This is a blended process, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via Email, Chat, and Voice to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding insurance policies.

Process Transactions: Handle insurance-related transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Multichannel Support: Utilize multiple communication channels to engage with customers, offering a seamless and convenient experience.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and relevant details.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Customer Education: Educate customers on various insurance products, coverage details, and premium payment options.
Qualifications:
- Graduates/Undergraduates (Fresher or Experienced)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is a plus
