International Voice Customer Service Representative in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Service Representative with international voice experience to join our team in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across various countries and time zones, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

Actively listen and understand customers' needs, providing accurate information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an international voice-based customer service role is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Strong customer orientation and a genuine desire to help and assist customers.
