We are looking for skilled Customer Support Representatives to join our team for the UK/US process. The role involves interacting with customers over the phone to address their queries and concerns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide effective and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer information and interactions in the company's database.
- Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Comfortable with a 5-day work week and 2 rotational offs.
