About the Role:
Are you a skilled customer service professional with experience in US insurance processes? We’re hiring for a Customer Service Voice Associate to join a dynamic BPO team in Malad, Mumbai. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle US-based insurance queries, this could be your next big opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls related to US insurance policies, claims, and customer queries.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Adhere to compliance and process guidelines for insurance-related services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication (neutral accent, fluency in verbal & written).
1-2 years of experience in US insurance voice processes (BPO/contact center).
Strong problem-solving skills & ability to work in US night shifts.
Basic knowledge of health/life/property insurance terms (US market).
