Skill: Customer To Cash (C2C) - Team Lead
Experience: 5 years to 10 years
Band: 3/4
Salary: 11-12 LPA
Job Location: TCS Mihan - Nagpur - SEZ
Shift: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)
- Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Must have skills:
- Team Handling

Good to have skills:
- Transformation projects

Required Skills:
- Should have Finance and Accounting exposure, working in Order to Cash domains.
- Hands on experience in Bank reconciliation, Journal Entries posting & stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of process steps like Cash, Card Gift Card & Tender reconciliation.
- Coordination with 3rd party & internal teams

Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to 3rd party ways of working in Finance and accounting

Job Responsibility:
- Coaching Team members, conducting One on one’s and Appraisals
- Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting non-compliancy C2C process
- Presenting the payment performance report for each Business unit every month
- Preparation of monthly SLA metrics and dashboards
- Review of General Ledger
- Email Writing Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communication Skills
