Generic Domain & Soft Skill Requirements
• Graduate in any stream with rich Online Travel Agency (OTA)/Travel Management Companies (TMC) experience (minimum 12+ years)
• Well versed with standard Industry applications and GDS (ATPCO, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders
• Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account
• Excellent communication, Strong drive for results
• Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
• Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers
• Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization & automation
• Ability to travel as per project requirements
Specialization for Travel Management – Should be expert in
1.Queue Management:
Strong understanding of various queues like PNR servicing, Reservations & Ticketing, Voluntary and Involuntary Changes, Ancillaries, Reissues, Refunds for OTAs
2.Fares & Pricing:
Good knowledge of Airlines Fares, Pricing, Reissues, Refunds, Agency Debit Memos
3.Sales Channels:
Rich experience in managing various sales channels – Website, Mobile Apps, Telecalls
4.Customer Relationship Management:
Managing customer interactions via various communication channels like telecalls, webchats, emails. Assisting customers with reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, schedule changes, ancillaries.
5.Cross-selling products and services:
Cross selling Hotels, Car Rentals, Cruise, Rail, Travel documentation assistance, Currency exchanges
6.Supplier and Affiliate management & contracted fares:
Understanding of Supplier & Affiliate contracts & onboarding management, understand contracted and negotiated fares with airlines.
