DESCRIPTION/ REQUIREMENTS

Position - Title: Executive - Business

Graduate with good academics, MBA (would be preferred), open to Sales, targets, got Brands on board for the previous company, has been part of ideating such coming up with campaign strategy or brand solutions for brands, collaborating with celebrities, influencers and has up to date information on of all trends on social media, endorsement space. Budget 4to6lpa, Immediate Joining or short notice period, 3+years of relevant exp, open to travel on a business trip, work extended work hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A commercially astute and customer-focused individual, with a solid sales track record and a proven ability to foster strong business relationships. Experience in Sales in the areas of endorsements for celebrities & movie marketing and sponsorships for events is essential, candidates should be able to achieve the set revenue targets, should be able to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients, the successful candidate will have strong MS office skills, oral & written communication skills, experience in cold calling and must not be afraid to knock on doors, following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings, planning and preparing presentations, establishing and maintaining working relationships, communicating new product developments to prospective clients, expertise in Database management, overseeing the development of marketing literature, administering accounts and writing reports, providing management with market feedback.

SKILLS AND INTERESTS

Good business sense, understanding about their market and competitors& products, good communications skills, both written and verbal, to be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team, good organizational and time-management skills, a positive attitude, good negotiation skills and persuasiveness, confidence in presenting to large groups of people, initiative and enterprise, proactive attitude, bollywood buff, presentable and well-groomed, supporting the Business team with backend operation management Database management, providing market information to Reporting head at regular periods, co-ordinating with the entire region-specific team to ensure delivery of information, updates, etc, provide brand information prior to meetings (maintain a database of the same), provide constant brand updates of the particular category/region (through research/website/social media/print media)
