Role/Skill: Finance Delivery Lead
Location: Chennai
Years of experience: 10-15 years
Band: BPO 6
**Job Requirements**
Strong delivery leadership experience in F&A (AP / RTR)
Proven client-facing and governance management skills
Experience in transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations
Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of ERP systems and transformation levers
**Key Responsibilities**
Own end-to-end service delivery for AP and RTR towers
Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence
Drive governance (WBR, MBR, QBR), reporting, and escalations
Manage client relationships and expectations
Lead team performance, staffing, and capability building
Ensure audit readiness, controls, and risk mitigation
Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Support transitions, due diligence, and operational readiness
**Soft Skills**
Leadership, communication, decision-making
**Education Requirements**
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance / Commerce
**Ex TCS Employees can't apply**
