Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced French Language Executive with strong customer service expertise and fluency in both written and spoken French. The ideal candidate should be confident interacting with native French speakers, managing employee queries through phone, email, and chat, and supporting workforce lifecycle and attendance-related operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage employee interactions through phone, email, and chat.
Develop and finalize daily staffing rosters to ensure complete workforce coverage.
Coordinate overtime, undertime, and relief staffing while maintaining audit-compliant documentation.
Monitor sick leave notifications, initiate coverage processes, and maintain attendance records.
Maintain effective communication with Scheduling, Deployment, and leadership teams while escalating critical issues when required.
Handle attendance desk operations, including absence reporting, system updates, compliance audits, and employee guidance.
Schedule and conduct attendance and dependability meetings using Power BI dashboards and coordinate with union representatives.
Support accommodation requests, injury cases, medical leave processes, long-term illness management, and claims administration.
Perform accurate data entry, record management, coding audits, and maintain workforce documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in French (Written & Spoken).
Experience interacting with native French-speaking stakeholders.
Strong customer service and employee interaction skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational and night shifts.
Willing to work from the office.
