**Role Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA countries for our client. This role owns payroll governance, compliance, vendor and client management, and payroll integrations with Workday and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate brings deep EMEA payroll knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on expertise with Workday Connector, PECI, and PICOF and any payroll implementation experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
Payroll Operations
+ Lead monthly payroll processing across multiple countries ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance (tax, social security, pensions).
Governance & Compliance
+ Establish controls, audit readiness, and adherence to local regulations; manage GDPR requirements and data privacy.
Workday Integrations
+ Own and optimize payroll integrations and validations of data flow through Workday Connector, PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface), PICOF (Payroll Interface Change Output File).
ServiceNow (SNOW)
+ Manage payroll service requests, incident triage, and knowledge base via ServiceNow; track SLAs and continuous improvement.
Vendor Management
+ Oversee external payroll providers; handle governance and drive performance
Client/Stakeholder Management
+ Engage HR, Finance, Compliance, and Country Leaders; provide clear communications, dashboards, and executive updates.
Controls & Reconciliation
+ Own payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net), Finanace postings, approvals, payment files, and post-payroll and Pre payroll controls.
Change & Projects
+ Handle transitions, lead new countries go live and implementation, payroll transformation projects; manage parallel and other testing, KT and DD
Reporting & Analytics
+ Develop metrics and reports (Observations, accuracy and other variances); drive insights and root-cause analysis using advanced Excel.
**Qualifications & Experience**
Experience: 10+ years in multi-country payroll with at least 5+ years focused on EMEA regions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/HR/Business or equivalent; payroll certifications (e.g., CIPP/APA) preferred.
Systems: Hands-on Workday payroll integrations (Connector, PECI, PICOF); ServiceNow (SNOW) for case management; advanced Excel.
Compliance: Strong understanding of EMEA statutory rules, tax, social contributions, GDPR, and local payroll calendars.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive-ready reporting and vendor negotiation skills.

**Work Arrangement**
