JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making? We are looking for an experienced HR Reporting & MIS Specialist to join a leading global organization. If you have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience creating HR reports and dashboards for global stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Design, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, MIS reports, and custom datasets.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and support business-critical data requests.
- Develop and maintain reporting documentation, process guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and process optimization.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in HR Reporting, MIS, Reporting & Analytics, or Data Analysis.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Experience working with global stakeholders is highly preferred.
