We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong expertise in Workday to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HRIS configuration, Workday modules, HR technology, system administration, release management, reporting, and global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Workday HRIS modules including Absence Management, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across Workday modules.
Configure business processes, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, validations, EIBs, and security.
Support Workday release management, UAT planning, regression testing, and production deployments.
Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Shared Services, Rewards, and global stakeholders to deliver HR technology solutions.
Lead HRIS enhancements, system improvements, and new business unit onboarding.
Maintain HR system integrity, governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting.
Support global HR operations and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
10+ years of HRIS experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
