Job Responsibilities

Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect spend categories.
Manage sourcing events, including supplier communication, bid collection, bid tabulation, and commercial evaluation support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, timelines, budgets, and service scope.
Support supplier negotiations, contract execution, and supplier onboarding activities.
Maintain sourcing documentation, supplier records, commercial documents, and approval workflows.
Track supplier performance, contract renewals, service milestones, and issue resolution.
Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and category insights.
Collaborate with Procurement Operations and Finance teams to resolve purchase order, invoice, and service-related issues.
Ensure sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Contribute to continuous process improvements across sourcing workflows, reporting, and documentation.

Required Skills

2–7 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Procurement Operations.
Strong knowledge of indirect sourcing and procurement processes.
Experience in supplier management, commercial analysis, and contract administration.
Good understanding of procurement policies and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in spend analysis.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple sourcing activities while meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and process compliance.
