International Customer Service (UK Voice/Chat Process)
Position: International Customer Service Representative
Location: Mumbai, India
Salary Range: INR 28,000 - 40,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of international experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, handling customer queries and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through voice calls and chat interactions.
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status to customers.
-Assist customers in resolving issues, concerns, or complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
-Minimum of one year of international customer service experience in a BPO setting.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English, with a neutral accent and excellent communication skills.
-Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and efficiently through both voice and chat channels.
-Familiarity with UK customer service standards and cultural nuances.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide suitable resolutions.
