Hiring Alert – International Voice Process Associate
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: International Voice Process experience mandatory
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Role Overview:
We are hiring candidates with strong international voice support experience for a customer service and technical support role. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and experience in cross-selling or upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through voice, chat, and email channels
Provide first call resolution for customer queries wherever possible
Deliver exceptional customer experience while balancing technical support and sales objectives
Resolve issues related to subscriptions, billing, cancellations, refunds, and invoices
Support account access issues such as login, password recovery, and account verification
Assist customers with software download, installation, activation, and device-related issues
Provide guidance regarding plans, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and license usage
Identify opportunities for customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell
Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
Troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS environments
Report recurring issues, trends, and feature requests to supervisors
Maintain operational excellence while adhering to processes and procedures
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and empathy skills
Ability to explain technical information in a clear and customer-friendly manner
Professional communication during escalated interactions
English communication should be B2/C1 level as per CEFR framework
Technical Skills:
Experience in troubleshooting Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS
Knowledge of SaaS products and customer support processes
Experience in handling billing, subscriptions, and technical support queries
Cross-selling and upselling experience is required

Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
