We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Global Benefits Administrator with extensive experience in managing benefits programs

across multiple regions, including Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The ideal

candidate will have a proven track record of stakeholder and vendor management and the ability to effectively engage with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Benefits Administration:

• Oversee and manage employee benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with teams to administer various benefits

• Experience in payroll processing, claims & vendor file SFTP

• Experience in Pension enrollments and updates

• Experience in wellness benefits and group health insurance and medical benefits
