Description / Requirements

Graduate with good academics

Relevant casting experience of 5+ years

Candidates must have worked with well-known casting agencies like Mukesh Chabbaria, Casting Bay, On-My-Kayroll

Candidates must be well connected in the Industry with all Production house, dynamic personality, excellent communication skills

Candidates must be open to travel for work.

Salary Budget: 7-12LPA

Notice period: Immediate Joining or short notice period,

Female candidate preferred

Job Description:

• Establish key relationships and a strong network across the industry with producers, directors, casting directors, actors, agents, and personnel from OTT platforms

• Negotiate commercials and lock deals for all web related content with the producers for the artists - Both for the company’s exclusive talent and non-exclusive actors.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of scripts & take essential decisions in scouting relevant projects and finalizing the appropriate scripts for the talent.

• Initiate and implement discussions to scout and get new talents on board to have an eclectic mix in the roster

• Assist producers and directors to package films and web projects
