Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance programs for revenue cycle management operations.


• Lead client calls, publish quality metrics, root cause analysis, and action plans.


• Conduct data analysis, prioritize areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with industry guidelines.


• Deliver training programs on quality assurance procedures, policies, and regulations.


• Collaborate with other departments to establish performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.


• Periodically review revenue cycle management processes, policies, and procedures for improvement.


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability among staff.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, providing recommendations for program enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of US healthcare revenue cycle management experience.


• At least 3 years in a quality assurance role.


• Knowledge of relevant guidelines, including HIPAA, Medicare, Blue, Commercial, and Medicaid.


• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.


• Proven leadership ability with experience in team management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.


• Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma, is a plus.
