The candidate required should be:
- Capable of handling death claims for both Group and Individual claims assessments.
- Ensure that departmental defined TAT quality is achieved.
- Capable of achieving productivity and quality targets.
- Ensuring Operational excellence.
- Must be a good team player and must be able to observe and maintain due diligence across the board and at work.
- The successful candidate must have experience in Team Management
- The candidate must be able to foster Co-ordination with the various departments for various requirements : (CPC, UW, Accounts, UAT, IT, Sales, Actuarial)
- Candidate must have sound knowledge of Liasoning with Reinsurer.
Requirement:-
Candidate must have excellent Communication Skills – from a scale of 7 and above
Ability to work under pressure with stringent timelines
Proficient in the use of MS Excel & MS Office, PowerPoint inclusive
Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
Educational Qualification:
BSc / M. Pharm / B. Pharm / MBA
Salary:- Up to 8-Lakhs per annum
Weekly off:- Saturday & Sunday Fixed off days
Age:- up to 35 years
Candidates who can work from Goregaon will be a plus.
