OHL Transformation Lead – Media Domain / Trust & Safety

Location: Kolkata / Mumbai

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Transformation Leads to drive AI-led transformation initiatives across Media Domain and Trust & Safety operations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale automation, process transformation, AI adoption, and operational excellence while working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery organizations.

If you have experience in automation strategy, AI transformation, process optimization, content operations, or media platforms, this is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Role 1: Transformation Lead – Media Domain

Key Responsibilities

Drive AI-first automation strategy across Media Domain operations.
Lead automation initiatives for OTT Streaming, Ad Operations (AdTech), and Content Management platforms.
Design scalable automation frameworks to improve quality, productivity, and release velocity.
Implement GenAI-driven automation including:
- Intelligent test generation
- Self-healing automation
- Predictive quality engineering
Validate data pipelines, reporting systems, and analytics platforms.
Ensure automation governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
Drive automation across Web, Mobile, and Connected Devices.
Manage automation execution, defect lifecycle, and release quality.
Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Track KPIs through dashboards and quality metrics.

Role 2: Transformation Lead – Trust & Safety

Key Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven transformation across Trust & Safety operations.
Transform Data Annotation, Localization, AI Data Training, and Content Moderation workflows.
Build Human-in-the-Loop operational models.
Improve operational efficiency, quality, SLA adherence, and productivity.
Translate platform policies into scalable operational processes.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, legal regulations, and content standards.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve model performance.
Identify harmful content trends, abuse patterns, and operational risks.
Drive transformation roadmap, solution design, RFIs, RFPs, and client engagements.
Present business insights and recommendations to leadership and customers.
