We are looking for candidate with the following function:
- Service Delivery Experience
- Team handling
- Experience in sales & retention
- Inbound international process
- Someone from technical process is preferred
- Span of control - 80+ members
- Location - Chennai… strictly from Chennai
- Excellent communication skills
- Total Experience - 7 to 8 years
- Education - Graduate
- Good reporting skills - Word, excel and Power Point (PPT)
- Shift Timings : 6.30 pm onwards
It is a technical process, however sales and retention is a part of the process.
