Hiring: Operations Supervisor (Telco / Telco Sales)
Location: Makati or Davao (Onsite)
Shift: Night Shift (GY)
Salary: PHP 28,800 – PHP 40,000 (strict budget cap)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead customer service teams handling post-sale technical and non-technical support. This role is ideal for someone who can drive performance, improve processes, and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily customer service operations (calls, chat, messaging)
Manage both high-volume inquiries and complex customer issues
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Ensure quality, productivity, and SLA targets are met
Identify and implement process improvements
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
Requirements
BPO experience (Telco or Telco Sales preferred)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence
