Payroll Process Improvement Lead – Six Sigma Black Belt

We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt professional to lead payroll process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in payroll operations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead process improvement projects using DMAIC to streamline payroll operations, reduce errors, and shorten cycle times
Analyze payroll data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement SOPs, process documentation, and training programs
Collaborate with IT to integrate automation tools and software solutions for payroll efficiency
Ensure compliance with policies, tax laws, and labor regulations; conduct audits and risk assessments
Mentor payroll team members on Six Sigma tools and foster continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; Master’s preferred
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
5+ years of experience in payroll process improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Minitab, Excel, and payroll systems
