Job Title: Project Manager – Reservations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Reservations to manage system migrations, hotel onboarding, OTA integrations, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time while tracking business performance and supporting leadership through insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end system migration activities, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.

  • Coordinate hotel onboarding across Technology, Distribution, Sales, and Hotel Operations teams.

  • Oversee OTA onboarding and integration processes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

  • Track revenue performance and key business metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, trackers, and leadership presentations.

  • Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and provide regular project updates.

  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, trackers, and status reports.

  • Drive stakeholder follow-ups to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of Project Management experience.

  • Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue and performance analysis.

  • Proficiency in preparing reports, dashboards, and business presentations.

  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

  • Experience with hotel systems, OTA platforms, distribution channels, or hospitality operations is an added advantage.
