We are hiring a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist with 2–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, facilities procurement, or real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sourcing and procurement activities for real estate and workplace services.
Manage supplier onboarding, bid evaluation, contract documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sourcing requirements and budgets.
Track supplier performance, contract renewals, and service commitments.
Support commercial analysis, spend analysis, negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills:
Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Contract Administration, Commercial Analysis, Real Estate Procurement, Facilities Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Excel.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–7 Years
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
